From day one, you get access to 100% of the app's features and functionality, and you can use everything completely free for the first three months.
After the Free Trial
Once your trial ends, the app remains fully functional and available at no cost.
If the total value of transactions you manage through the app is less than £500 in a month, you pay nothing.
If you use the app for larger transaction values, you only pay during the months when you're actively benefiting from it:
Up to £500 per month – Free
£500 to £1,000 per month – £2
Above £1,000 per month – Variable charges apply according to the table below.
A Practical Example
Suppose you use the app to organise and manage a group holiday with total expenses of £8,000.
The total cost for that month would be just £11 — approximately 0.14% of the transaction value.
The following month, your usage is recalculated from zero. If your transaction value falls below £500, you're back to paying nothing.

Most people will use the app and never pay a penny.
Those who find it especially valuable and use it to manage larger transaction values will occasionally pay a small fee that reflects the benefit they're receiving.
This approach helps cover development, hosting, and transaction-processing costs while keeping the app free for the vast majority of users.
